Your essential responsibilities
* Managing all operational aspects of the Intersport store
* Leading, training, motivating, and developing of the team of approximately 15 employees
* Taking care that the expert knowledge regarding the sports products of your team will be on excellent level
* Reporting directly to Hypermarket Manager
Your profile
* At least High school diploma
* At least 3 years experience in a similar managerial position with outstanding performance
* Good PC literacy & English (Italian would be an advantage)
* Strong leadership potential, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding organisational skills
* Customer oriented
* Enthusiastic sporting spirit
