STORE MANAGER (f/m)
Your essential responsibilities
* Responsibility and accountability for all operational aspects of the hypermarket, managing a team of approximately 100 people
* Ensuring an excellent level of customer service is maintained and that difficult customer service issues are handled to the satisfaction of the customer
* Enthusiastically organizing events, promotions, and contests, while maintaining core business, with total support and commitment from staff members
* Making sure that newly hired employees review and understand their position and its description
* Training, leading, and developing employees
* Reporting directly to the Procurator and Managing Director
Your profile
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
* At least 3 years experience in a similar managerial position with outstanding performance
* Excellent PC literacy & English (Italian would be an advantage)
* Strong leadership potential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer oriented
* Highly responsible, hardworking, and with a results-oriented personality
* You consistently strive to improve team processes and standards, and simultaneously act as an advocate for the customer
* An understanding of, and passion for, what excites customers and compels them to buy
